iSoftStone Digital Shines at GITEX GLOBAL 2025: Empowering Middle East Digital Transformation with Full-Stack Intelligence and Leading China Tech's Going Global 2.0

From October 13 to 17, the 2025 GITEX GLOBAL was grandly held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the theme "The Year of AI: Everywhere, Everything". As the largest and most influential annual technology flagship event in the Middle East and North Africa, the conference gathered leading global forces in the digital industry. iSoftStone Digital, the international business brand under iSoftStone, made its debut at GITEX GLOBAL under the leadership of Huang Li, President of International Business. At the exhibition, iSoftStone Digital presented a panoramic showcase of its full-stack intelligent products, services, and industry solutions designed for global markets. Anchored by its "Go Global 2.0 Strategy", the company delivered a strong message to the world about how Chinese technology enterprises are empowering overseas expansion and supporting local digital transformation in the Middle East.

I. Strategic Insights: Full-Stack Intelligence Anchors Middle East Digital Opportunities, Building a Dual-Drive Pattern of "Technology+Ecosystem"

During GITEX GLOBAL, iSoftStone Digital was invited to the Beijing Digital Economy Enterprise Matchmaking Session at the Global Digital Economy Conference. Huang Li made a keynote speech titled Full-stack Intelligence: Winning in the Middle East — A New Going Global Strategy for China's Digital Technology Leaders, where he shared iSoftStone Digtial's regional layout and its deep integration with the Middle East's digital transformation wave.

At present, the Middle East is in a critical window of digital transformation. National strategies such as "Saudi Vision 2030" and the "UAE Digital Economy Strategy" are being rapidly implemented, driving explosive demand for comprehensive, end-to-end digital solutions. In his speech, Huang Li emphasized: "iSoftStone Digital's 'Full-stack Intelligence' is not a single technology export, but an end-to-end service system encompassing strategic consulting, technology R&D, and integrated software-hardware delivery. We are not only practitioners of global digital technology but also co-builders of the local digital ecosystem in the Middle East."

With its overseas headquarters in Singapore, iSoftStone Digital has established a four-region global network covering the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe & the Americas, and Japan & Korea. Through a five-dimensional synergy of "Products+Services+Ecosystem+Compliance+Talent", the company achieves localized decision-making and global delivery. Talent: Formed a local technical team of nearly 1,000 professionals; Compliance: Fully aligns with Middle Eastern regulations on data security and privacy protection; Ecosystem: Deeply connects local enterprises with Chinese global ventures, building a closed-loop digital service ecosystem.

II. Strategic Expansion: Three Major Partnerships Deepen Presence in the Middle East, Ushering in a New Chapter of "Ecosystem Going Global"

At the exhibition, iSoftStone Digital signed three significant strategic cooperation agreements, strengthening its foothold in the Middle East through "strong alliances" and marking a transformation in China's tech enterprises from "individual expansion" to "ecosystem co-building" in their global ventures.

- Partnering with Seaspring in Bahrain to Seize the High Ground of Digital Transformation: iSoftStone Digital reached a cooperation agreement with Seaspring, a company founded by Sheikh Isa bin Khalid Al-Khalifa. The two sides will focus on network security and AI to jointly explore the Bahraini and surrounding markets. The collaboration aligns with Bahrain's national digital economy agenda and fits iSoftStone's "Full-stack Intelligence+Localization" global strategy, bridging the gap in high-end digital services in the region.

- Joining Forces with Bester Saudi to Adavance Key Digital Infrastructure Projects across the Middle East: Li Huang, International Business President of iSoftStone Digital & Liu Shuang, CEO of Bester Saudi, signed the agreement. Both parties will integrate their technologies and local resources to jointly develop information technology projects, deliver intelligent solutions, and provide system integration services in core markets such as Saudi Arabia and Oman. The partnership aims to support Middle Eastern countries in enhancing their digital infrastructure—such as 5G base stations and data centers—laying a strong “hardware foundation” for the region’s digital economy.

- Signing with Future Building to Explore Innovation in Smart Building: iSoftStone Digital entered into a collaboration with Muhammad Hamd Al Aqeel, CEO of Future Building, to deepen cooperation in smart buildings, intelligent park development, and hardware sales. Responding to the region's booming demand for smart city development, both sides will co-develop an integrated solution encompassing "intelligent security, energy management, and spatial operations", accelerating the digital transformation of urban governance in the Middle East.

"These three collaborations are not mere business additions, but key strategic steps in our ecosystem globalization," said Huang Li. By forming deep partnerships with leading local enterprises, iSoftStone Digital is combining China's digital technology strengths with the Middle East's local advantages to jointly build a sustainable and symbiotic digital economy ecosystem.

III. Looking Ahead: Driving Global Digital Integration with Full-stack Intelligence as the Engine

At GITEX, iSoftStone Digital not only showcased its comprehensive capabilities across AI-driven industry solutions (such as AI+Energy, AI+Manufacturing, and AI+FinTech), intelligent electronics, and computing equipment, but also sent a clear signal to global markets about the next evolution of China's tech globalization—from "product going global" to "technology going global", and now to "ecosystem going global". Chinese digital enterprises are taking part in global digital economy development in a deeper and more systematic way.

"The Middle East is a key strategic market in iSoftStone Digital's global layout and an important testing ground for our 'Full-stack Intelligence' vision," emphasized Huang Li. Moving forward, iSoftStone Digital will continue to use "Full-stack Intelligence" as our technological engine and localized delivery as our foundation. On one hand, we will help Chinese enterprises bring digital technologies and standards abroad; on the other, we will offer highly tailored, locally adapted digital services to Middle Eastern clients. "Ultimately, we aim to achieve a two-way win: 'China's technology empowering the world, and global opportunities enriching China', and promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy worldwide."
